whistlingduck
Am I a duck? Why yes, of course. What kind of duck? Can't you see - it is a black-bellied whistling tree duck. According to the sign inside the Houston Museum of Natural Science: "Long-legged and goose-like, this duck is classified separately from other ducks. It is at home in trees, nesting in holes and perching among the limbs. Until recently the Black-Bellied Whistling Tree Duck was found only in extreme South Texas. It has expanded its range north and is now common in the Houston area."
