After coming down the Dart Valley (misplaced roll of film), I took a bus north to Aoraki/Mt. Cook National Park. I took a scenic flight over the park because there was no chance of me doing any serious climbing this year. This picture is looking almost straight down on the outlet of a wonderful braided stream (right) into Lake Pukaki (left). The intense glacial-flour blue of the lake is lost in the scan.
