Picnic shoulder roast, cooked by Taryn! Excellent. It had a marinate with garlic, sage, rosemary, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. Recipe. We put some vegetables around it too - red potatoes, carrots, and a bit of butternut squash. The Mangalitsa is quite fatty, and the fat is so delicious that I ate it all.
