Here's me with a solar panel backpack. We used this triangular plywood construction to support the solar panels at our GPS base stations. We set up a base station near each of our camps and left it running for essentially the whole time we were there so that it could get the most accurate position possible. On this particular day it was quite windy, making walking a bit difficult with the extra "sail" area.
